Work effectively in a hybrid office environment.

Excellent technical writing skills in English and French, ability to author reports and structured documents in Microsoft 365 portfolio.

3+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, Consulting, and Risk Management.

Advanced knowledge of Cyber Security best practices in network and application security, SOC (Security Operations Center), penetration testing and vulnerability scanning, anti-malware, anti-fishing, awareness training, ID protection, Access Control, Incident Response, Business Continuity, and certification programs.

Good understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 2700x, SOC 2, CMMC, etc...
EDUCATION

Fully Bilingual French and English

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Hold one or more of the following certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001, or equivalent)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform gap assessments against best practices in cybersecurity controls.
- Accompany customers in their journey to achieve their preferred compliance program in information security frameworks such as NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) CSF, ISO 27001, CMMC, SOC2, etc.
- Participate in writing policies and procedures related to various cybersecurity certification frameworks.
- Participate and advise on risk assessment, risk treatment and risk planning activities for customers.
- Support the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans for certification programs in cybersecurity frameworks.
- Advise our customers on best practices in cybersecurity to increase their level of maturity and security awareness.
- Advise business stakeholders using common methodologies in risk management to improve security posture and reduce identified risk.
-Recommend technical solutions in the areas of Security Awareness and Training, Security Operations Center, Vulnerability scanning and Penetration Testing.
- Work with cybersecurity and IT departments to put in place best practices in cybersecurity controls ensuring a defense in depth strategy is being implemented.
- Assist in cybersecurity internal audits in scope of certification frameworks.
